Starting her career in New Construction homes, Kate has collaborated with more than 200 homeowners to bring their dream homes to life, selecting their finishes from flooring to fixtures.
As a member of the International Furnishings and Design Association (IFDA) National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) and RVA Design Group, Kate stays up to date with all new product, timeless elements and emerging styles to create a space as unique as you are.
Kate’s mission is simple: to co-create and transform your home by infusing your personality while creating more purposeful, meaningful and functional spaces.
From handpicked furniture (new and vintage) to the perfect pillow welt - she will work tirelessly to craft a space that will feel unmistakably yours.

It all begins with an idea. Together we will hone in on your preferences (even if you aren’t sure, yet!) lifestyle and budget.
Dream it
I enjoy getting to know my homeowners on a personal level, 1-1. We will collaborate closely during the development process to ensure we are aligned with your vision to exceed your expectations of the space.
Build it
We present a comprehensive and refined design plan based on your wants and needs which will include layout(s) and relevant design elements.
